1. Warranty Coverage:
Chuck's Auto Salvage provides a 90-day warranty on all recycled automotive parts sold to customers, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date.

2. Extended Warranty Options:
Customers have the option to purchase extended warranties for additional coverage beyond the standard 90-day period. Details about the extended warranty options, including coverage duration, pricing, and labor coverage, can be obtained from our customer service department.

3. Warranty Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

• Improper installation, misuse, or negligence.
• Accidents, collisions, or any form of external impact.
• Modifications or alterations to the recycled part.
• Lack of proper maintenance or failure to follow installation guidelines.

4. Warranty Claims:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

• Provide proof of purchase from Chuck's Auto Salvage.
• Contact our customer service department at 218-328-6281 within the warranty period.
• Describe the issue and, if possible, provide photographic evidence of the defective part.

5. Warranty Remedies:
Upon validation of the warranty claim, Chuck's Auto Salvage will, at its discretion:

• Replace the defective part with an equivalent or similar part.
• Repair the defective part at no additional cost.
• Provide a refund for the purchase price of the defective part.

6. Exclusions:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, towing costs, labor expenses, rental vehicle charges, or any other expenses related to the installation or replacement of the defective part.

7. Disclaimer:
Except as expressly stated in this warranty, Chuck's Auto Salvage disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Governing Law:
This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Chuck's Auto Salvage reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the warranty terms before making a purchase.
